At The Therapy and Wellness Center we believe in a client centered, individualized, and collaborative approach to psychotherapy. We offer individual, couples, and family therapy therapy to clients of all ages and backgrounds. Areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, family systems, and personality disorders. We are LGBTQ+ allied and work with a wide variety of life challenges.
